Global Tech AI Day
Global Tech AI Day was a large AI-focused technology event held at the headquarters of a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis. The purpose of the event was to demonstrate emerging AI platforms and use-cases to promote the adoption of AI tools into organizational workflows. The event was also in part a way to inspire the organization’s employees to explore and experiment with emerging technologies that could aid productivity and improve speed-to-market.
My role as the senior designer was to sub-brand the event and develop a suite of campaign materials to promote the event and its platforms. Event materials included branding, motion graphics, digital and print signage, and internal communication materials (e.g. email graphics, Viva Engage community graphics, etc.)
ChatNow Rebrand
ChatNow was an enterprise-wide IT chatbot utilized by my pharmaceutical client’s staff across the globe. The chatbot was updated and modernized with many new features that brought it out of purely IT and into broader use across the enterprise’s many departments. A new visual identity was created to highlight its vast array of new features, as well as bring the look of the platform into alignment with the organization’s larger rebrand that took place earlier in the year.
As the senior designer, my responsibilities included developing the new visual identity and a swath of campaign materials to promote the launch of the newly updated platform. I developed highly engaging motion graphic video content and an assemblage of communications materials ranging from static and animated digital display graphics, Viva Engage and SharePoint promotional materials, printed posters and retractable sign, and custom illustrated iconography.
Copilot Adoption
Over the span of a year, my pharmaceutical client sought to bring awareness and wide-spread adoption of Copilot chat integrations throughout the enterprise’s internal organizations. A UX/UI expert was brought in to aid in the creation of personas to more effectively target and communicate to the needs of its employees. This adoption brought valuable insights into the diverse needs of the client’s workforce, as well as gains in productivity and process efficiency.
As the senior graphic designer, my responsibilities included working with the UX/UI experts to develop visuals for a multitude of personas, as well as an overall visual identity for the adoption campaign. I created storyboards and foundational assets for a wide range of communications materials and oversaw their development by way of directorial oversight and guidance of creative team members and third party contributors.
